Do Lash Extensions damage my natural lashes?

They will not damage your lashes. Unless you pick at your lashes! If you pick a lash out, it consequently  pulls out the natural eyelash, causing  you to loose it. If you do not use proper aftercare (which Annie provides for free!) you will have debris that cause breakdown. Annie is professionally trained in eyelash extensions and knows proper technique to ensure your lashes will not be harmed what so ever. 

How long do they last?

Eyelash extensions last about 5 weeks. They are completely waterproof and wont budge. Fills are highly recommended every 2-3 weeks so they don't become sparse and you can keep your lashes full and beautiful!

I'm still lost, how does this work? 

Eyelash extensions are individual lashes that are applied with professional tools by isolating one lash, and adhering one extension to your natural. Your lower eyelashes are secured down with an easy to remove tape or gel pad. The process is relaxing and you might fall asleep! The initial full set can take 1.5-2 hours. Fills take about an hour, and should be done every 2-3 weeks.

My eyes are very sensitive, can I still have this done?

Yes, even the most sensitive eyes are safe to get lash extensions. Allergic reactions are rare but a patch test can be done to see if you can tolerate the glue. Annie uses all hypoallergenic and formaldehyde free products. Cruelty free and vegan as well!

Can I still wear makeup & mascara with them?

You can absolutely wear eye shadow, eyeliner, foundation and apply skincare around the area! Mascara is not allowed, it will deteriorate and clump up the extensions. Besides, you won't need mascara with these new long fluttery lashes! You may still use  mascara on the lower lashes, and an oil free makeup remover is a must.

Do they look fake or feel heavy? 

They look absolutely seamless because they are all individually applied. Since there is no lash band they appear to have grown out like that on their own. They feel just as light as wearing your lashes natural! Nothing at all like the feeling of wearing a strip lash.
